   Proposal Description:
   We seek to develop a model describing the natural history of FAQ decline in       subjects with early AD and to identify significant covariates that impact the     rate of decline, including demographic, medical, cognitive, or biomarker status                                                                                     (e.g., baseline MRI).  As a secondary aim, we seek to correlate decline and       rates of decline on FAQ with change in standard measures, including CDR and       cognitive scales.
